Tuli Lodge is a social sauna and cold plunge garden on the Seattle waterfront, open November through April at Pier 62 (post-April location loading). We're where wellness meets community, music, and energy - think less spa, more social. We're building a small but mighty founding team and are hiring part-time Sauna Hosts to run our sauna garden and help create something special for Seattle.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily sauna + cold plunge operations: light/manage the wood-fired stove, open/close the venue, oversee on-site safety, facilitate guest flow, clean, catalog inventory, and haul equipment

• Greet guests, handle issues, and keep the experience fun, seamless, hygienic, and personal

• Work independently and confidently during solo shifts

• Report directly to our founder and uphold the Tuli standard

You'll Be Great at This If You:

• Have a background in hospitality, wellness, or retail

• Ready to work hard and build something from the ground up

• Are hyper-organized, reliable, and energized by guest-focused service

• Bring calm, positive, can-do energy and jump in wherever needed

• Love fast-paced environments and building authentic community

• Are excited to grow with a startup where evolution is constant

Schedule

• 20-25 hours per week

• Must be willing to work early mornings and late nights

• Minimum 1 weekend shift per week required

Compensation & Benefits

• $24/hr

• Paid sick leave (1 hour accrued per 40 hours worked)
