Executive Assistant + Project Manager
We usually respond within two weeks
THE HIGH LEVEL
Seattle, WA based
Hybrid
20 hours a week with set hours, Monday through Thursday (~10am-2pm, exact timing negotiable)
$25–$45/hr, commensurate to experience
Part-time, with full-time path for the right person
---
THE ROLE
This is a hybrid EA and project manager role -- and you need to be strong at both. Some days you're running a workstream end-to-end (vendor migration, location transition, system buildout). Other days Hannah drops a task on you at 9am and needs it done by noon. No SOP needed. You figure it out.
You'll report directly to Hannah (founder and CEO). If you love a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, impact-driven work environment, and want to build something from the ground up, keep reading!!!! If you need detailed instructions before acting, and are not a super strong communicator, this isn't your role.
In this part-time capacity, there are set working hours (exact hours negotiable) so that it's clear when you can have a rapid fire dialogue and when you're off the clock.
---
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Project management: own active workstreams from kickoff to close, track open items, surface blockers early
Executive support: keep Hannah on track with priorities and deadlines -- proactively, not reactively
Vendor management: own the vendor database, communicate directly with vendors and landlords, manage support tickets to resolution
Email and comms: triage and draft on Hannah's behalf (she approves all outbound)
Customer support: collaborate with our customer support manager and triage + reply to Help Scout queue, escalate only true edge cases
Systems: if a task repeats, build an automation -- then document and teach it
Research: permitting, vendor options, regulations -- come back with a recommendation, not just information
Team coordination: build schedules, surface urgent items, eventually support broader ops oversight
---
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years in an EA, ops, or project management role -- startup or scrappy/past-paced environments strongly preferred
Exceptionally strong & proactive written communication: you'll write on behalf of the company
Independent judgment: you act first and ask clarifying questions second
AI-literate: you use AI tools fluently to work faster and do better, but not as a crutch; You know when to use AI and when to do the work yourself.
Tech-comfortable: you pick up tools fast (Help Scout, Teamtailor, Booking Software (TBD), Gmail, Google Sheets)
Obsessively organized: you build trackers before anyone asks, nothing slips, and your systems are tighter than they need to be (on purpose).
Must: US-based, available 1-2 days per week in Seattle
Bonus: you've served as the right-hand person for a founder before, or you've built something yourself
---
COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
This role starts at 20 hours per week
Comp range is totally dependent on experience level, ranging from $25-$45/hour
For someone exceptional who grows into the role, we're open to expanding hours and scope, up to and including a full-time position with benefits as Tuli scales.

WHEN YOU APPLY
Please answer these questions yourself, with your own voice. Don't use AI - we can totally read through it. We're not looking for the most polished resume. We're looking for the person who actually gets things done, and is ready to work hard.

About Tuli Lodge
We're a social sauna garden, first popping up on Pier 62 in downtown Seattle (next location ... loading!) Think beer garden energy, but with wood-fired saunas and cold plunges instead of brews.
